Anyone that has an allergic child definately knows my dilema....So my daughter has an egg allergy...Since birth practically...And now at the age of 3 1/2 she has LOTSSSSS of parties and you know what that means....EGG....So my solution is to bake a cake myself or cupcakes....But this time I FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.....So there is a party today and I have NO CUPCAKE for my princess...Can u imagine that she reminded me.........AY DIOS......... Anyway so now I am on a search for a place in Miami...I think anyone that is looking for a profitable business should open up an allergy free bakery..I went to one in Philly a few months ago and it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! So note to self and others....."Allergy Free bakery needed in Miami, ASAP!!!"

So I have been COMPLETELY out of the blog scene..Just too much going on at the moment and too many ventures that I am trying to focus on...And one of them being a new blog...hahahahaha..yepperrrs..

Basically I wanted to expand myself and create a place of wellness online that can help people along their journey. Most people have NO CLUE on what to do about their health and oftentimes seek out the advice of someone who also has NO CLUE..Which then leads to a path of destruction or disappointment. So A.W.J. Consulting was my solution to the big ole journey that everyone's on...

And the Wrapping has begun!!!!!!

I literally can not believe how fast this year has gone!!! Amazing how fast time goes right after Halloween. Its like I remember eating a turkey leg then poof ---Christmas is here!!!

I think we broke the bank with our daughter this year....SHe is only three and I could not control myself at toysrus..Its like I was buying toys for myself...lol..I LOVE having a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So my favorite gift to her is this huge horse with the princess Belle... (((Her favorite))) Can I tell you that I think I will secretly play with it,LOL.... And the other favorite is the art desk my brother got her--- FABULOUS!!!! and she will love it sooooo.........

I wish I had some pics that I could post..But I can't find the cable...AHHHHH....

So its been a WHILEEEEEE....I really have been busy enjoying my life....my family....my friends....myself!!!! Realizing that there are so many important things to cherish in life!!!!

I recently turned 30---Woot Woot!!!!! Dirty 30's as they call it :) Or as I call it:)

I decided to throw myself a HUGE party-----Disco Style-----And it was FABULOUS!!!!!

So for my big 30 I decided that I will pursue things that I enjoy......Writing is one of them.. Why have I not posted in such a long time!!!! Well, I do visit everyone's blog and secretly blog stalk some people heehee ;) But I just haven't really been in the mood to sit down and type. For those of you that don't know I work from home and am on the computer ALLLL day....So I just have not been into typing anything additional ---ya dig?
Anyhew, I am off to Puerto Rico this week. Leaving on the 19th...WOOOHOOOO...
I will be visiting relatives and also there on business. I am trying to do a grand opening for Nikken over there so wish me luck...But TRUST me that I WILL be relaxing A LOT and also a lot of sightseeing with the hubby. He's never been over there!! Can you imagine we have been together for 9 years and we have yet taken a vacay to PR?????
YUP~~~~~~ There are so many beautiful places over there like the rainforest called "EL Yunque"----I plan on taking him for a hike there with my little one (that should be interesting!!) So expect LOTSSSSS of pictures to come in a couple of weeks....
So hope everyone is well!!!!!!!!! I am FABULOUS!!!!!! And definately ready for a break...

So I have been a little out of the loop lately, but all for GREAT reasons!!!! I have been spending some time on the other coast of Florida (Cape Coral) just RELAXING!!!!! My brother and sister in law are in town with my nephews and we are just catching up and the kids are having a blast!!!! Sabrina is learning to swin , FINALLY...And we are enjoying mom's homemade food!!! I have been a little lost with my friends (sorry) but I really just needed to escape it all and start to heal from my last surgery!!!

Don't get me wrong, I did bring scrappin supplies, found a scrapbook store in the area and have already made a page ;) so I will be posting soon;D

Anyhow, I really hope everyone is good, I am FABULOUS!!!!

So A new week already..June is almost here!! Isn't it amazing just how fast time flys. It feels like yesterday that I had my surgery and now Already going to be June!!
I am due for my next surgury on June 16th...hmmmm
I am not really nervous but more anxious...But I will deal with it as it comes..I am just greatful that this is finally coming to an end..All the surguries and procedures.. But what will NEVER end are the doctor visits and the meds :( And I guess also that constant purple elephant trying to come thru the door. As a cancer survivor you know the possibilities of reoccurance, that purple elephant....I try to always stay positive and although I have my days of sadnness I feel happy that I got a chance! A got a second chance...

~~~Just take ONE guess as to where I had to spend 3 hours this afternoon~~~~

That's right..If you take a good look at the background you will notice the medical equiptment!! No need for alarm, it was just my 4 month Cancer free ANNIVERSARY WOOHOOO...

This is a BIG deal people!!!! LOL.. Well for me at least. The not so fun part is going to the Sylvester Center and having to wait for 3 hours --arrrr

But the waiting paid off..The Doc checked me out and said I was good to go..So I don't have to see him for another 6months!!!

Well, this was my face once he told me I was ok....

And then the TRAFFIC to get home was HORRIBLE!!! My Cell phone was Dead so I couldn't call anyone!!!!! Arrrrr

My day ended with my little angel posing for Mommy like a little diva!!! She makes me so happy.... :)

Such a great weekend it has been..I finally got to srap with my girls!! What fun we had :):):):):):) It is always such a pleasure scrappin with them.. ALL ofour creative MOJO's were flowing!!! Then my mother's day was AWESOME..I spent it with my husband and daughter :)

and last but not least at the end of a LONG weekend I hear the INCREDIBLE news that I made it into Scrapping the Music hall of fame!! How cool is that?? I LOVE their blog and they ALWAYS have the best songs!! I am so honored to have made it to a hall of fame, lol....:):):):) Thank you everyone for your sweet comments, I really do appreciate all of them....

Scrapping the Music Challenge #84 Secret Valentine

Scrapping the Music has another GREAT Challenge called Secret Valentine.. I chose the lyric "We're Finally Intertwined". This was easy for me b/c all I could think about was this photo with my husband on the day of our wedding. Our dance was amazing and we were LITERALLY intertwined at that moment....(wink) Almost needed a room....LOL..Anyhow it was a special day that I will never forget!!

Not sure if you can tell but there are Angel wings that I stickled in the back part of the LO - I also used some Glossy Accents for the star and the bird and added some buttons. I then decided to get creative and stitch a little (for the first time ever!!!) I distressed with Tim Hotlz distress vintage ink.

The paper I used was by Bisous, My Minds eye, and some things from Pink paislee. Thats as much detail as I can explain...Hope it helps..

The Latest and Greatest ...NIKKEN

I was introduced to magnet therapy at a wellness institute but it was too expensive. When I did my research I found that I can get the magnets on my own thru the company directly called NIKKEN... http://nikken.com/ They also had water purification sytems and supplements that my ... oncologist reccomended. SO I had the guy come show the products at my house. And he brought a doctor with him, AMAZING things I learned...

Water is essential - and the type of water you drink basically can be a BIG difference in I have been searching for different ways to improve my health and well being..
Magnets WORK...I was not sure at first and a bit hesitant -- but when I tell you that I was STRONGER than that man TRYING to pull my arm down (with NO SUCCESS) --- All b/c of the magstride magnets I was standing on...hmmmm
Supplements make a HUGE differance in your health!!!!! Did you know that it takes two apples to get the nutrients you actually need. One apple doesn't do it anymore since the quality of the earth has diminished so has the soil!!! Supplements are created to help you acheive those nutrients you are lacking. And all of their suppliments are ORGANIC PEOPLEEEEEEE-----A lot cheaper than spending $$$$ on organic fruits and veggies weekly!!!
Air Quality!!!!! Our air SUCKS..Plain and simple!!!! But what makes it worse is that we sit inside for a good portion of the day and just inhale recycled air!!!!! Which is WORSE...So I saw that you can get an air filter to help with the quality in your home.. It is pricey..SO that might just have to wait..
I learned that the best doctor is ME!!!!! I need to care for ME..There is NOOO antibiotic, Chemo pill, Aspirin...Blah blah blah that is going to HELP me...It only just puts a bandade on the Boo-Boo..

Plain and simple!!!!! You guys have to check it out.. I am sooooooo impressed by this that I will probably become a consultant!!!!!! I rather get it at a discount ~ Ya dig?

Scrapping The Music Challenge...Love the Way :)

I heard it month's ago and fell in love with it, so when I heard that Scrapping the music was having a challenge with it there was no doubt (MOJO or NO MOJO) I was doing it!!!! Now I tried a few new things on this page. My husband loved it - so I guess that is what matters most ;)

So I FINALLY PUSHED..Literally PUSHED myself to get the energy to scrap..And this was the outcome...

I used the add on kit from SC that I won from Stephanie Howell. She has a GREAT blog and I really was lucky to win, so I figured what better way to get my mojo back??? Use free products:)
This LO I am going to submit to her Challenge of using "something old". I used gold paint that I have been staring at for MONTHS...FInally got the nerve use it :)

I am definately starting to get my groove back. It really sucks when Mr. Mojo isn't vibing...

So every Tuesday I go and pick up a HUGE, Delicious share of Oranic Fresh Produce from our local farmers here in Florida. I order from Anniesbuyingclub.com and they have the BEST deal in town!!!! At $45 I get my 30lbs of fruits and veggies ALL organic. My Oncologist recommended that I try to stick to the most organic I can..So without going broke this is my best way!!!

Feeling a Bit bummed ~but enlightened!

Life is just so difficult at times..But it is more difficult when things get thrown your way and you have to fight hard to not get hit...
Sometimes I just sit and wonder...hmmmm... what does it all mean....
I have a friend that I met a few months back and we really connected. She too had Breast Cancer ~ same breast ~ same size tumor ~ same grade ~ BUT she took a different route than me.....She decided to do the Chemo.The strong , beat your ass Chemo..Now, lets just clear something up ~ I am also on Chemo, however , it is a pill and very small dosage. But I need to take it for 5 years...This will inhibit my estrogen to increase any...I also get a shot every 28days for my ovaries.So no more babies for me...Doctors have already warned me that a baby may bring about another reoccurance so the risk is too much....Why am I telling you this??? Well, I spoke to my friend and she told me how her bones hurt and she was so weak from the stupid chemo and steroids...I opted to NOT get the strong Chemo and DO NOT knock her for going thru with it....I admire her for her courage...But I am sooo sad to see her suffer so much. NOTHING is harder than speaking to a friend and hearing them cry of the pain and discomfort they are in.. I think EVERYONE needs to really reflect and realize just how good you have it...Things will never be perfect and you will not always have everything you want...But if you look behind you there is ALWAYS someone who is suffering more... Life is hard...But I am lucky that I got a second chance..

Egg Crazy!!

I had taken Sabrina to her BFF's house and did an impromptu easter egg hunt..

They had so much fun!!!! They are both the same age- my daughter is two weeks older and LOVE each other!!! They were so silly - it was great!

You ever wonder what chemicals are contained in our products??? Well, ever since my whole Cancer situation I have become increasingly AWARE of what exactly is in my environment.
For instance

Air Freshener----Did you know that your basic Lysol can contains about 80% Ethanol (the same stuff we use for GAS in our cars)hmmmm
Paints- I DID NOT know that traditional paints have been linked to a variety of health effects including eye, nose and throat irritation; dizziness; liver, kidney and central nervous system damage and even cancer.
Fruits and Veggies - OUR main source of nutritional foods are being poisoned with harmful pesticides and hormones!!!!
OK ----So lots of scary info.. So I have been searching for what works ??? What is the alternative???

A fun little chipboard flower book that I picked up at Michaels for $1 - used up my scraps to make "Fun at 2"book for Sabrina

Then I used up some scraps on the last two LO's.. I swear I just threw EVERY scrap I could find trying to just get rid of it!!! LOL. I can NEVER seem to just throw away scraps (Not earth freindly) so FINALLY I have been pushing myself to USE it all!!!!!

The Other problem I have is an OVER abundance of pictures!!! I am sure all of you can relate!!! So my next project will be to just take a Simple photo album and Scrapify it!!!!!!LOL

More LO's to follow...ANd I swear if I can't get rid of all these papers I will Rak them off..Anybody interested??.Stay tuned!!!!!

New Tata's!!

Ok so not sure if everyone is up to date on my CanSer status...But I am free and clear for now..Hopefully forever!!! I had expanders put in for immediate recontruction and now am getting saline injections to "pump them up" --Literally!!
So I have NEW Tata's... HeeHee.. Never had big boobs so this is a first for me. But it did feel VERY strange as I felt my boobs inflating while they injected me with the Saline. After a few sessions and I reach my desired DD'S (J/K) then I have surgery to put the real implants in..
So don't hate!!! I just want to prepare you all for when you see me next time...And I am rocking the New Tata's..
Oh and you know I will be making a special LO just for the twins!!! LOL

Working up the MOJO~~~But just sooo much going on...

I guess so much has been going on lately that I just have lost Mr. Mojo. Last night I attempted to do a LO and actually did one but Mr. Mojo is still not in full affect!!!
So many things going on....
Apartment Searching...Can you imagine I actually came across a BADASS apartment in Doral and when I did a backround check on the property it was on FORECLOSURE!!!! Can you imagine!!!! I swear I could just bitch slap someone!!! I don't mean to get so violent, but my puerto rican side comes out when someone trys to take advantage of me!!! Bastard!
Dentist....Gotta have one of my wisdom teeth removed..The little fella decided to peek thru the gum..and although it does not hurt..it is not growing in the right direction..LUCKY ME!!
Oncologist....To do Chemo or not to do Chemo...That is my option..It will only benifit me 4% or totally hurt me...DOuble edge sword.. I am opting to NOT do it..Not worth it..All the suffering for what 4%????
Flu...Dropped me on my Ass and I am finally getting better..Still look a bit like a trainwreck though!
Bratty 2 year old...She is generally a good kid..BUt does she have a TEMPER!!!! Everything is a power struggle!! Down to clothing, bathing, sleeping, eating!!! EVERYTHING!!! Will it get any better???? Can we say DRAMALICIOUS!!!!
NEW Excercise and eating routine!!New food and working out...hmmmm. VERY DIFFICULT.. Especially since I have limitations. But it is do-able..Definately challenging!! The NO coffee thing is definately the hardest!!
Ok so basically that is the JIST of it....LOTS of things keeping me busy!!!

So I hope everyone has been well!! I had an EXTREMLY busy day.. There is only one thing I REALLY need to vent about and that is about "Michaels"!!!! I went today to get a few things hoping to use my ACMOORE 50% off coupon and when I got to the counter the lady tells me " Sorry, we do not take coupons that are not the same % off as our current coupon" What the hell is that all about????? I thought that a competitor coupon is just that!!!!! Instead of me shopping somewhere else they are supposed to accept ANY coupon... WTF???? I really hate it when people just don't know the rules!!!! Then there was noooo manager...UGGHHHHH

Hey Chica's, Diva's, Momma's, hope you guys are well~~~I am Fabulous!! A new day every day! So what has everyone been up to? I went to my moms to escape for a few days and I am back. It was such a GREAT, relaxing moment!! I HIGHLY suggest that you just take some time for yourself if possible.
So I have been trying to catch up with my scrapbooking and finally finished two more layouts. This first one (of the cuts outs of Sabrina) was lots of fun. I really have not been into the whole cutting a person out thing but this really worked for me. I got a stupid glare in the photo that would not go away!!!!#%*@

This second LO is still missing the journaling!! YES La Verne I know...But I took a pic anyways. It also had a stupid freakin glare...*#@*! Hopefully I will make a few LO's tonight!

Ok so my first LO after how many weeks??? But I did it and I am so happy I did..It brings me so much happiness to scrap. This LO is for a challenge from Inspired Blueprints!! They always have great ideas and it always helps!!

Wow already two weeks?

I had my Double Mastectomy two weeks ago on Jan 6th and all went well. Thank you for your prayers and support!!! I am feeling good right now...More than I could say the first week I had surgury...(VERY DIFFICULT) But I am better now :) Over that part and on to the next.

My biggest fear was coming home and turning down my little girl for hugs and not being able to hold her...And I survived that also.. She dealt with it ok - she knows now that mommy has a boo boo and she is learning to deal with me not being able to carry her. She is only two years old so you can imagine the tears at first!!

I had two drains on each breast and today I FINALLY had the LAST two removed and am DRAIN FREE...What a relief!!!!! You can't imagine!! I think that was the most uncomfortable part. Anyhow, I am more comfortable than I imagined.. I am happy with my decision and just take things one step at a time. I am journaling every moment ~ even took pictures of my old Tata's~and now the reconstruction process..It definately is a process, a journey!

On a different note I watched the Inaguration of our NEW president and it was VERY moving!! I will admit that I was not expecting such a monumental day ~ so it really blew me away to watch it all happen on TV..The there was the Neighborhood Ball..Wasn't that Amazing??? I don't think that I have ever seen a president act so down to earth?I definately got emotional!! Like I need any more emotions..

But anyhow, I am going to be scrappin again. I am very limited but its been two weeks , a cranky two year old, a mother-in-law and four drains later...I NEED AN ESCAPE!!!! SO I will be back shortly with SUMTHANGGGGGGGG....BELIEVE DAT~~~~

This year my New Years resolution is to LIVE my life. Really appreciate EVERY day, every moment!!! It will be a long journey this year for me. My surgery is scheduled for Jan. 6th around 12noon. All I ask is for a moment of your time to pray for me. The power of prayer is UNBELIEVABLE and I will need that from all of you!!!

Thank you to all my girls that are TRUEWWW friends...I am so thankful for you!!! And to my new found scrapbook community thank you for your kind words, support and inspirations!!!

I decided to dedicate this page for my daughter.

It's Called "I believe in Angels"

She is my angel, she has brought so much life into my world..The reason for my being!!!

She has made me a better person and for that I love her!!!

Behind her picture I placed a pull out journaling page that she can read when she gets older..

Overall ~ the journaling explains to her how she is "My Angel" now and always! And how she is such an inspiration for my strength battling breast cancer!

Ok so I have been on a little dry spell lately..I guess I just had to get my emotions in check and then finally VIOLA....LO's just came bursting out of me..I did two last night and it helped me with my emotional roller coaster...

My surgery will be coming soon and I opted for a double Mastectomy. I had no choice with one boob so I figured to improve my chances of this dirty monster the other booby had to go !! I am confident with my decision and am praying for healing and some NICE TaTa's...LOL

Someone told that to me today and it really stuck...
So many things I just keep dwelling on..And I know that I have a "GOOD REASON" to dwell on EVERYTHING at the moment..but is it really that necessary? Will it change anything?
NOPE...
So the point is just LET GO....and Let him take care of it...TRUST...BELIEVE...and have FAITH..
I thought I was in the driver seat...And really I learned I am the passenger going along for the ride..
So, stop worrying, stop complaining, stop thinking negative...Just LET GO...

What an AMAZING weekend...My freinds are the BEST..

It all started with a relaxing Friday night...ME and my hubby had a DATE night, we went out to Deerfield Beach to go see my cousin play in his Band "Panic Disorder". It was soooo cool!!!!! I am not that into Rock but my hubby is and it was very cool as we sat there and watched them play.

Then Saturday was GREATTTTT.....Me and my girls got together and we hung out ALL DAY...And needless to say there were no kids in the equation for about half the day...SO it was pretty good!!!! We went to Scrapbook Central got some goodies...My Bestest Girl Mary gave me a birthday present which couldn't be any better !!!! Store credit!!!!! My girl La'Verne gave me a FAB pen so I can doodle away.... LOL Then we were off to scrapp our happy asses....

Sunday I went to church to pray and thank GOD for all my blessings....Then later on we went to Santa's Enchanted Forrest..Now mind you this is the first time I have EVER been there and I was a bit hesitant but WE WENT, and BOY did we have a GREAT TIME!!!!!

My friend met up with us and her daughter is the same age as my daughter so they had a BLAST...They got on the pony ride, the train, carousel....YOU NAME IT....

AND what did MOMMY DO??????

I went on a wild, FAST , Ride.....And it was liberating!!!!!!!! I screamed all my anger and happiness all at the same time!!!!! WEEwwww

Anyhow...I got the season tickets so I will definately go back....And I advise everyone to choose one ride and just be a kid for that ONE moment!!!

What is REALITY

First of all I want to thank everyone for their incredible support..The great thing about life are the people that surround you. I am blessed to have AMAZING friends and family to help me through this horrible time in my life.
My REALITY right now is that I have breast Cancer. The Pathology report is still not complete but it is sure that I have invasive cancer and it is POSSIBLY/HOPEFULLY in the early stages.
My REALITY is that I am a strong woman and I WILL defeat this BEAST..
My REALITY is that I am scared...
My REALITY is that my world is completely upside down right now...
My REALITY is that I have 4-6weeks before my 2nd surgery...
My REALITY is that I am going to LIVE MY LIFE to no end as best as I can until that surgery....And even after...
My REALITY is that I will OVERCOME this with the POWER of God's Strength and Love..
This is just the beginning.. of a very long Journey...

A Long Journey ahead...

As I lie hear just in shock i am thinking...."How could this be? Me?" Things are just starting to sink in but I swear I feel numb... I don't even know what emotion to let out first.. But I do feel a sense of protection over me, I do still feel Hope and I am firm with knowing that GOD will help me recover...
Cancer is not an easy word to digest..NO one can fathom the random thoughts that just overwhelm your brain..The word Scared doesn't even cover a quarter of what i feel..BUT I absolutely KNOW that I can overcome this..I am STRONG..I REFUSE to let this engulf my being...
My grandma is a Breast cancer survivor...And 70 now I admire her strength..I guess my journey in life needed to finally take some turns..Something to make me stronger I guess..
Either way, I look at it simply....As I look into the eyes of my beautiful daughter and my loving husband i KNOW that...
I gotta do what I gotta do...Nobody ever said that life was easy..

Prepare to be amazed....I was on a ROLL at the crop held at S&S Check out my latest and greatest!!!

I did a variety of LO's basically all on the fall...Just so I could finally finish the pictures I had...What a struggle...I never thought I would be sick of seeing so many pumpkins...LOL

So my daughter thought that she could just eat the pumpkin...yes RAW....She was like "yummy mommy, rico" I was amazed how she literally took a chunk and swallowed it and it did not stop there...Then it came time for her to actually like the gewwy stuff....YUKKKK

Anyhow it made great pics for a LO So that made me happy... And it is a moment that I won't ever forget!!!!!

Well, What a great Weekend it has been so far.. FIrst a VERY cute Halloween PArty I attended on Friday night just for the babies...It was a kids party from ages 5 and under..It was GREAT!!!! Then today the best part of ALL was that I had an ALL day crop today at scrapbook and stuff!!!! It was WONDERFUL----Got together with some of my girls and we cropped our ASSES off... ANd I won the LO contest..WOooooHooooO
I will be posting all the great stuff tomorrow..I am BEAT!!!!! Next best thing is that the time goes back one hour tonight~~~~~~

Hi Everyone!!!!! Just wanted to say hi!!! I have been away for a while but rest assure I have been busy creating masterpieces!!!! LOL Well, to me they are masterpieces...ANyhow, I have been a frequent shopper at Scrapbooks & Stuff and for such a little quaint place it is FABULOUS...Free Scrappin at their store and they have just enough to help you along with supplies. ..... SO excited about taking some classes there next month~~~ With an AWESOME instructor (you know who you are)LOL...But anyhow, I finally have made my halloween pages from when the baby had her first Halloween. ANd hopefully I will be able to do last year and this year so I can finish that holiday!!!My LO's still are not finished but here is a sneak peak. It is amazing that I can spend so much time on just one LO....INSANE!!!!

Sorry I haven''t posted in a while..I have been a bit busy ..Sabrina's birthday was a blast!!!! Although my daughter was not interested much in the clown I hired for the kids it was really cool having a clown for the first time. Here are some pics from that day...

Yes I did have "Dorothy" as the center pieces. People would say it is a waste of money, but my favorite part of parties is the decorating!!!! I get such a happy feeling when I do different things like a fish bowl in the center of a table..LOL

ANother good shot I captured was my girl Mary leaning on the hubby. Tell me this is not the sweetest photo!!!!!

Ok so here is the clown that my daughter was not too fond of. I mean she didn't cry but she had that face of "DON'T" come near me...

I swear Sabrina wanted to hit the clown with that balloon...LOL

We invited many little kids...But to share a few pics of Mary's girls check out the pose that ~A~ was giving...SHe was like...."Who is this clown?" "Where is Hanna?"

Her sister had the same feelings..And was only interested in the Shades!!!! What divas!

After the party we went home to open presents and it was so nice b/c we got to see the best reactions from her. This was by far the best pic ~~~ she opened a present from my friend Ana and it was a Mickey Mouse Club House puzzle...DO you see that face!!!!!! Love it!

SO thats it ....The planning, running around, decorating....Blah blah....Is DONE!!!! And my little one is finally two!!! WOW

What a Girlie Girl

What a girlie girl is my Sabrina... This LO was inspired by her LOVE for heels!!!! She is such a DIVA at such a young age. She was around 19months here when she first attempted to put on her dress up shoes. I was so proud of her and it was Halarious watching her try to put them on herself. And she succeeded !!!!!

The Journaling says, " Happiness is watching my little girl grow up and walk confident in her big girl shoes!"

Since this was such a girlie moment the entire layout is blinged out and purple and pink as you can see!!!! Very Divalicious!!!

September 11th almost here!!!!

How exciting that my daighter is turning 2.... The funny part is that my husband and I (mostly my husband) would always say "I can't wait until sabrina is older and understands more and could talk." BOYYYYY does he take that back....All she does now is demand, scream, talk and expect us to know what she is saying, say NO over and over, tantrums, independence, say No daddy...Mommy...LOL.........She is just so funny and I know that it only gets better ladies!!!!!

So anyhow, I have to get my S*it ready for the rest of this week and weekend. Can you imagine that I have plans for every weekend up until Oct. 14th...Can you imagine? Its like all my friends decided to have sex during the same months and have kids b/c everyones birthday falls within the next few weeks!!!!!

Then come Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOve it!!!!! All I can say is that we have to enjoy today because tomorrow comes SOOOOO Fast!!!

Finally...A New LO

OK so things are ALWAYS a little hectic in the Sanchez house. I finally finished these two LO's of me and my little girl...She is going to be a big girl on Sept. 11 - she turns 2 I know what a memorable day... And a wonderful one!!!

Anyhow I have so many great pics to do LO's that my hands are just itching to do it already!!!!! The first LO you see is missing some journaling which I am adding a private note to my daughter for when she gets bigger... Lots of paint/ distress/ flowers/ 3 d effects/scratching the pics...and rub on's....

ANyhow this week my little one is sick AGAIN...I just don't understand WHY school gets them so sick all the time..It really sucks..I am literally paying for a school that she barely attends..but Everyone tells me it is normal!! So since I was once a preschool teacher and can attest to the "your child will be sick for a year" comment...Ayayayaya..Oh well.

One good thing is that my husband FINALLY started driving on his own!!!! So happy for him and for me..No more driving miss daisy... Other than that what is up with the weather lately, it seems like there is one hurricane behind another...ALl I know is that it better not interupt Sabrinas birthday.... :(

Hope you are all having a great Labor day! I had a great weekend...Saturday was my Anniversary and we actually went out and partied!!! Well, minimal since my husband is on crutches, but we had a blast..Some happy juice, good music, good food, nice atmosphere....All equals a Nice time!!!

This week I will be planning my daughters 2nd birthday. Sesame street theme so I am trying to think of some creative ways for decorating, etc

A New Day!!

Well today is a new day...And is it raining...YES...A great time to just sit back and Blog, sip on some coffee...and Scrap...My daughter is in school so I have ,FINALLY, some peace and quiet time to myself... But I still miss her :(

I bought some new things at Big Lots and I have been waiting to use them. My problem is that I don't have much space here at the In-Laws house so I get a little frustrated.... :(

But that has not stopped me before...

Now,TELL me this is not a good sport!!!! My poor mother in law was being demanded by her granddaughters to play dress up and she was such a good sport!!! Check out the shades my daughter put on her!!!!

NEW DAY....CALM NIGHT..

SO today is a new day...my little princess started school again...And she cried her little eyes out!!!!! "Mommy Nooooooo, Mommyyyyyyyyy....ahhhhhh" poor thing...But she survived and so did I . I had such a busy day driving my husband around to his therapies and doctor stuff.....
My sister in law decided to drop off my niece (so i could babysit while everyone else go's to the movies) how the hell does that happen????? But I did not protest b/c I knew that at some point the girls would fall aseelp and I could silently enjoy a nice evening of scrapping... :)So the girls are currently sleeping and I am starting to get my things prepare for another excitng , artistic moment....lol

SO did you all survive that horrible storm???? Luckily it wasn't that strong ...but here in florida that is what you call a test run...a fire drill.....LOL

During my time at home I decided to continue my family pages...This time a "Family picture" of my brother...I really like it and am happy with it but I think it needs a little blue bird? What do you think...I journaled in the tree which was so neat!!!!

Also I wanted to share my latest find...!!!!! I went to BIG LOTS and did not expect to find scrapbooking supplies...Heidi Swapp ~ Basic Grey~ Cloud 9 ~ You name it!!!!!

The prices UNREAL...$2.00 for a 25 pack of card stock.....$1.00 for rub-ons etc.....

Ok so I have been away for a while...Soooo busy with Life...But anyhow, I was at my moms this week...RELAXING..And we just got back today. So this is the LO I have been working on it still is not done and I am going to add a few more techniques.. But it is called "Brotherly Love". I did my round paper flowers for the first time and I LOVE THEM...The picture I took does NOOO justice to the LO but I am too lazy to take another picture so just bare with me...LOL ...i don't plan on scrappin tonight because I am just BEAT.....

Tomorrow is another day. My sister in law is in town so that means that we will be having many family moments this week. My husbands birthday is Friday and I think I may plan a dinner to cheer him up a bit.. He has been in the dumps about his knee and needs some good friends and family around.. We'll see what I come up with!!!Ok gotta run I am REALLY BEAT now....LOL...Peace!

My weekend consisted of a lot of what you see in this picture...Crying , Whyning...more crying...Sleepless nights..bags under my eyes...funky hair...undone eyebrows...Can we say trainwreck!!!!!!!!

But besides all that my baby is starting to feel better....Now I am dealing with her Hives situation....IT NEVER ENDS...Thankfully I am young and have lots of energy to deal with it all... But regardless my sleep deprivation and looking like a trainwreck all I ask is for her to be better....Thats it. It's amazing a mother's love...As a mom you would give ANYTHING just to have a healthy child...And I would rather it be me suffering....

Now, don't think that thru the madness I was not able to scrap at least one page. It is still in the making but so far it is looking pretty good... More to come.

Anyhow, has everyone been watching the Olympics...!!!! How exciting! TTYL

Watch Out....

I am on attack Mode!!!!!

I don't know what it is .....I am ovulating and maybe that is just messin up my hormones but I am NASTY today....Arrrrr.... It also could be sleep deprivation , since my daughter spent the whole night vomitting on top of me....YUP..A mothers job is 24 hours a day...That is what I have realized and that I blindly did not want to see or accept before having a child. However, I would not change a thing....Yes it is hard and playing nurse betty, driving miss daisy, and Mrs. clean are many hats to wear in a day...but it is worth it..
My poor little angel was vomitting this morning and telling me she had yuckies...."Yuckies Mommy"...I felt so bad for her... Meanwhile my husband is so depressed b/c his recovery on his knee surgery is harder than he expected. soooo ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... I need a freakin vacation... So no sleep, lack of food (since my daughter can't eat anything ....well guess what ,mommy doesn't either ------you try to tell a 2 year old that she can't have your sandwich or pasta...) and I look like a train wreck....Anyhow, hope you all had a better day than me.. ANd I really hope that tomorrow is better. I won't send the baby to school so another interesting day...but hopefully it will be better... Saturday I am looking forward to a nice kids party and some happy juice on the down low ;) but if my princess continues I probably won't make that either... :( Sucks... I am sooooo hormonal today....Can someone just give me some happy juice!!!! I am so tired...GOing to bed..My fingers want to scrap but my eyes won't let me... Night

What a Day...

SO as my day started I opted to not take the baby to school since she had a bad night prior..She seemed like she was coming down with a cold so I felt bad and kept her home....I really am starting to think that she is just smarter than all of us... As you can see by this picture , she was acting like a comedian all day LONG....This was her mommy lets pretend we are sleeping game....
My plans were to go to 50% off scrapbook store that MAry keeps talking about but NOOOOOOO.....Do you think that happened..I swear every day is something new...Today its nurse Betty , tomorrow its Mrs. Clean, next God only knows... I just need a break...LOL
Maybe a spa day...Ladies I say we have a SPA day...Who seconds that notion?????

New Layout

SO last night I stayed up pretty late finishing up this layout on my nephew Donavan. I originally did a LO on his brother Elijah and I felt bad about not doing one for him...so as a result this page was born. I used lots of distress and even used some of the Tim Holtz glossy accents on the chip board letters. Painted the edges...Some glitter...you name it!!!!! Anyhow let me get back to work...

What a Day...

Well my day has been BUSY...Needless to say last night my daughter decided to wake up PLENTY that I really got NOOO sleep...Lots of Coffee LADIES....This morning started off with taking my daughter to Day 6 of school and it did not go that bad..She actually gave me a kiss and accepted the "Mommy will be back and bring you ice cream" bribe. The teacher told me that she did cry a bit afterwards, guess she realized it was taking a long time for the ice cream...But I kept my word and brought ice cream for the class when I came to pick her up... :)
After dropping her off I headed to Publix to do my food shopping for the Fam...Then off to physical therapy for the husband and then to pick up Sabrina...WEWWWW.....I am tired from just writing it! Anyhow, you would think that I would be sleeping along with everyone else right now, but NOOOOO....Jennifer has Insomnia and the need to Scrap.... jeje
Doing a layout for my nephew, and attempting to get the mojo flowing.... Well anyway, tomorrow is less hectic and maybe an opportunity to go with Mary to a Sale that she encountered!!!!! I think that I will loose my mind there..... And Mary too....Addicts....Scrappers Annonomous...I am going to start a help group for us....lol

Fun Day with Good Company

SO today was fun....It started off hectic...I had to literally reorganize my mother in laws house....LONG STORY...But then later on went to Mary's house for some Escape!!!! :) And some Happy Juice....Don't hate Tammy!!!!! LMAO... Some pool time ~ well kiddie pool since my daughter wouldn't let me move from there...But it was still refreshing! LOL
Baby is sound asleep and hubby is doing his knee excercises (Poor thing)...Some sneaky scrappin about to take place...I saw some of Mary's LO's and the camera does not do them the justice they deserve!!!!! GIRRRLLLLL I was inspired! Ok don't have much time before hubby comes looking for me...jejejeje

MOJO is Back

My Mojo is back from vacation and I am starting to feel the juices FLOWING....My fingers tingle....My eyes are sharp...My OTT-Lite is out and my distress ink is open...LADIES watch out!!!!!!!! FINALLY some time to just sit and have some good old fashion scrapbook FUN...
I had a hell of a week so far.....BUT I managed to do a layout today!!! Everyone is sleeping so NO disturbances allowed me to THINK!!!! I hate to sound greedy but I just needed to have this moment or I was about to loose my mind!!!! My mojo is still bubblin....Still not 100% but dammit I completed something,. What an accomplishment!!!! Night...

My Little Drama Queen

It's amazing that at (almost) 23months my beautiful drama baby is such a character....I started her in school yesterday and it was a moment to remember...Actually I think this whole week and maybe even the weeks to come will be memorable...She was not fond of me leaving her with complete strangers and made sure she let the teacher know.....As she constantly would tell the teacher "NO" give her the "SANCHEZ stare" and turn her head with tears in between....LMAO... She is her fathers daughter....and boy does she have "attitude", but I felt so bad leaving her...Wish I had a camera to just watch her....Luckily having teaching experience I am aware that they "Eventually " get over it...Nonetheless it was WELL WORTH IT....I had time to MYSELF...Got stuff accomplished and she is actually sleeping early!!! I smell some MOJO.......Time=Scrappin!!!!!!!!!

Well tomorrow is another day...And a long one...Doctors appt for my husband than therapy...I am the driver so out and about I will be all day!!!! But as for tonight ~ 9:30 pm and my little angel is sleeping, husband watching a movie....hmmmmmmmmm......shhhhh...Scrappin about to take place!!!

Like a Virgin

So this is my first time blogging, all thanks to my scrap partner in crime Mary!!!! I am truely a virgin at this so bare with me!!!!! So I am REALLy excited about telling you all my deepest secrets....Not really, but I do love the fact that I can talk and talk and talk and not be interupted....LMAO....

I haven't been able to Scrap lately, and NO I am not lazy....JUST COMPLICATED.....My husband got knee surgery and I am now labeled as the Wife, Nurse, Mother, stand up comedian, Personal Chef, Housekeeper, and secretary.....SOOO as you can see I have been BUSY!!!!

I swear I want to start posting LO's...But my Mojo went on vacation and it's been hard getting him to return....Bastard!!!! But sooon, hopefully soon.....I will share my accomplishments as a dedicated scrapper!
